GRIT Sports Performance Becomes The ‘Official Growth, Recovery, and Innovative Training Partner’ for Neshannock High School Volleyball Team

August 14, 2024 - New Castle, PA – GRIT Sports Performance (GSP), a leader in athlete recovery and performance enhancement, is thrilled to announce an official partnership with Neshannock High School Volleyball team. GRIT Sports Performance will serve as the team's "Official Growth, Recovery, and Innovative Training Partner," marking a significant milestone for both organizations.

This groundbreaking partnership will offer the Neshannock High School Volleyball team access to professional-level athlete testing, analysis, and monitoring throughout the year. The program is designed to help identify and mitigate potential injury risks, uncover performance improvement opportunities, and provide baseline testing data for each athlete. Additionally, team members will benefit from corrective and enhancement programming delivered via a state-of-the-art mobile app.

The partnership extends beyond testing and training, providing athletes with special discount pricing and priority access to GSP Labs' cutting-edge recovery modalities. These include cryotherapy, hyperbaric therapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, and more, ensuring the athletes receive the best in recovery science and technology. Neshannocks Volleyball Head Coach, Jenny Bolinger had this to say, "Our partnership with GRIT Sports Performance is crucial because many of our athletes are involved in multiple sports throughout the year. GRIT’s specialized training helps them build a strong athletic foundation, improving their overall performance and reducing the risk of injury across all sports. This collaboration ensures that our players are well-prepared, well-rounded, and able to excel no matter what season they’re in.  Paul’s expertise and commitment I believe will have a profound impact on our team’s performance, and we’re incredibly fortunate to have him as a partner in our journey to success."

GRIT Sports Performance is excited to bring this level of professional-grade support to a high school program, aligning with the same methodologies used by top-tier college and professional sports teams. The partnership will leverage advanced technologies such as 3D motion capture for biomechanical analysis and force plates to measure power, strength, and velocity profiles. These tools will provide in-depth insights into the athletes' performance and readiness, helping to enhance their training, reduce injury risks and provide coaches with objective data to make more informed coaching decisions.

"We are especially proud that our first team under this partnership program is a girls' high school volleyball team," said Paul Fair, Founder at GRIT Sports Performance. "With the increasing concerns around injury rates in female sports, this initiative represents a significant step forward in taking action towards athlete safety and performance."

This partnership underscores GRIT Sports Performance's commitment to advancing athlete welfare through science-based approaches, ensuring that even at the high school level, athletes have access to the resources and technologies that are transforming sports performance globally.
