GRIT Football (Pre-Season/Camp)

1. PROGRAM SPORT, TYPE & LEVEL:
- Football Program Pre Season/Camp: Both Lineman & Skill Players.
2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
- 4 Wk Program written to enhance both strength & power during in-season competition.
- 2 Day/Wk Program taking heavy consideration of time on the field.
3. PROGRAM DURATION:
- 4 Wks Total
4. PROGRAM EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Maintain & support structural strength.
- Increase Total Body Power outputs.
- Increase Upper Body Strength.
- Increase or keep lower body gains from the summer program.
5. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Program requires a base knowledge of both Olympic & Compound movements: Cleans, Bench, Squat, etc.
- Exercises, volume, intensities are included.
- Rest Intervals are low to moderate considering time of year, (no more than 75secs after superset).
6. DESCRIPTION OF LEVELS:
- Intermediate Level program that can be adapted to all skill levels.
